Who We Are
A housing company built around the resident
Weymont Group LLC leases qualifying homes, furnishes them, and rents individual bedrooms to approved residents. Rather than running a building of separate apartments, we operate real homes where each resident keeps the privacy of a private bedroom and shares clean, furnished common areas.
We began with one carefully selected property in South Georgia. That first home set our operating procedures, resident experience, property-management standards, and financial model. Growth happens only after a home proves stable occupancy and consistent performance — the goal is a company known for quality and responsible management, not simply more houses.

Housemates
Approved residents who share a home together. Every household follows the same written house rules and shared-space expectations, so living with others stays predictable, respectful, and well maintained.
Property Owners
Owners of qualifying homes in South Georgia who would rather have one professional team handle marketing, screening, bedroom leasing, rent collection, and routine oversight than manage those tasks themselves.
